A graduating college student and a strange boy try to unravel the mystery of the Selecao along with the boy's own identity.
A young, naked amnesiac appears in Washington, DC, holding a gun in one hand and a special cell phone containing over 8 Billion Yen in the other. Saki Morimi is a Japanese student on a graduation trip who catches him in front of the White House. After the boy escapes the DC Police, he assumes the identity of Akira Takizawa. He and Saki head back to Japan, trying to figure out the mystery behind his own identity and his special "concierge" known as Juiz.
