A place of complete bliss, delight and peace...and sometimes a corruption and suffering.
This is where the souls of decent and good people come when the die ( That is if they didn't sell their own soul to demons or commited suicide). It is described as a place where the greatest of joy can be fullfilled for all of eternity. This is also where God himself is said to live along with angels and seraphs.
