Raitin Shinra Jutsu vPractice of the theory

The concept is simple rework the bodies chakra network to amplify ones ability to react and create movement on on cellular level. The theory however is Far more complex andholds High risk when being used. Even skilled Taijutsu users like Gai can only stay in "Shinra mode" for a few minutes or risk damaging both the chakra network and muscle network. As by reworking the chakra patterns ones movements of muscles are altered and made Impossible to copy using the Sharingan. For a long time it was believed that the current Raikage kept the scroll holding the secrets of the God like art. But this was simply a cover up to prevent the techniques from falling into enemy hands in reality it was sealed in the temple of Oshiru, hidden in the tallest mountain in the land of lightning. Inside the body exist a network designed for the sole purpose of entending the flow of chakra that originates from the stomach. This is good in combat as using this can allow the body to absorb high friction taijutsu without any damage.
