Grell Sutcliff was the butler of Madam Red and also a Shinigami.

Overview

She is a shinigami who disguises herself as a male butler. Her true identity is later revealed when Ciel and Sebastian investigate the Jack the Ripper case proving that Grell and Madam Red were the murderers.

Notes:

  • She loves Red color in almost everything, and hates wearing "bland" colours, which are pretty much any other colour
  • Her Height is 182.88cm (or 5'7", the height of a lot of female models)
  • She is a trans woman. Evidence of this is in the manga, anime, and the creator has outright stated this multiple times.
  • She likes Sebastian to the point of giving him the nickname of Sebas-chan and always trying to get intimate with him.

  • Grell modified her death scythe illegally to function as a chainsaw.
  • After the Jack the Ripper incident William gave Grell 2 pair of scissors to use instead of her modified death scythe.
  • In the new anime her eyes are change to 2 color tones not only green tones.
