When Bora refuses to give them the Ball, they threaten to throw his son off a plane, but Goku intervenes and saves him. Goku later runs into Bora again when an assassin tries to kill him. Bora defends Goku, but is killed by the assassin so Goku avenges him by taking down the entire Red Ribbon Army at the Headquarters.
