The story revolves around Keita and his relationship between Honoka and Aya.
Goddess of the Glass is created by Mizuki Asamori. It's about a Keita Sakura, a student of Textiles Engineering, who bumps into Honoka Kurumiya, a student of English Literature. Keita loses his report that flies into a tree, and when Keita thinks he will fail his class, Honoka retrieves and returns the report to Keita. Keita decides to take Honoka to dinner to repay her. After they overslept on the train, they find themselves going to a love hotel to spend the night where they had sex.
Next day, Keita finds himself meeting Aya who wanted to thank Keita for helping her fix her heels. At Aya's home, she has Keita drink, and she makes her move. After the two have sex, she takes Keita for a walk where they meet Honoka. When Aya announces that Keita is her boyfriend, both Keita and Honoka are stunned. Now, Keita struggles to choose between Aya and Honoka as his lifelong partner.
The manga originally ran in the Takeshobo's magazine, Vitaman.
The series end with three volumes from Jun 2005 to Jun 2007.
