The mystery of the Saubureme department store is solved, with Victorique's intelligence, despite being too sick to accompany Kujo to the crime scene. This exposes an auction ring dealing with the trafficking of young girls in Saubure.
Opening Theme

Kujo is still talking to Victorique, and a cart with a person kidnaps Kujo in front of Luigi and the old lady.
Victorique still tries to call Kujo but to no avail. Meanwhile, Kujo finds himself with Anastasia who tells Kujo what has happened. In the dressing room, she is caught by the Jiantan department. Kujo tries to calm her down, but Anastasia tells him that the girls get curse and never get home. Kujo realizes Avril's story did came true. Kujo tells Anastasia to tell Grevil.
In the alley, Kujo finds Luigi and asks him for his brillant memory. Luigi explains that the police does not believe his story, but Kujo tells him that he believes in him. Kujo states that he always been made fun of and gives an example of Victorique who makes fun of him daily. Luigi decides to help Kujo.
At Victorique's home, she orders Cecile to get a newspaer from Saubureme. Luigi and Kujo arrives to the Fantasmagorie. As Kujo reads the sign about Brian Roscoe, they see a chess doll and the red haired magician. Kujo remembers meeting the man from earlier. Brian tells them to be careful because a lady got sick this morning. Brian stares at Kujo until Luigi grabs him.
At the police station, Luigi points the missing with the correct date of disappearance. Signore explains that a child from a wealthy family was missing after the country's revolution. Grevil wants Kujo to pick up the phone. Kujo thinks Grevil wants him to call Victorique.
In Victorique's home, she has the newspapers spread out on the bed. Cecile appears with the phone, and she scolds her for using her quilt as a tissue. Victorique explains that she has already assembled the clues, but she still needs Kujo's information. She tells Kujo to find a glass paper weight and to drop it.
Grevil drops the glass paperweight which Victorique explains that the imitation that Kujo drop is the real blue rose. She explains that Jiantan tries to sell valuable things stolen from the war. In the Jiantan, Kujo wants to find the proof to prove the suspects. Grevil and the police use the Blue John to mark the windows, and the window that is not mark has the missing children.
During the fight, Grevil holds down the Garnier's secretary while Kujo finds an auction room where they auction off the girl. Signore and the police seize and arrest everyone. Kujo finds the crest of the Romanov family and the real blue rose.
Cecile reads the newspaper about the arrests of Garnier and others who buying children and stolen art. Kujo finds Luigi who is going to boarding school. Jacqueline talks to Grevil. After Kujo introduces himself as the third son of a imperial soldier, Jacqueline messes with Kujo's face.
Kujo leaves the city by train and wonders about Victorique.
In Victorique's dream, a man tells her that she has never loved anyone because she is a gray wolf. She wakes up to find Kujo and Cecile. Kujo hands her a present while Victorique finds out that the burn marks disappear. She opens the present and finds a green slipper. Once she gets Kujo to hand her pipe, she places her pipe in it.
