GaoGaiGar: King of Braves

Taking place in the then future year of 2005, GaoGaiGar is a pretty typical Monster-of-the-Week show in the first half, while switching to a more continuous plot in the second half.

Overview

The secret organization called GGG fights off the parasite alien force called Zonderian. With the help of mechanical lion Galeon, alien child Mamoru, and cyborg Guy Shishio, GGG (read three gee) defends the Earth from the Zonders. Zonders are designated EI-XX where EI stands for Extraterrestrial Intelligence and XX is a number in order of appearance (e.g. EI-14). In the second half where Zonder Crystals appear the designation for the Zonder Crystals is instead ZX-XX where ZX is for Zonder Crystal and XX is again the number in appearance.

Brave Robots

GaiGar: created by the Fusion of Gai and Galeon it is quite weak as it only has its claws to fight with

GaoGaiGar: created via Final Fusion between GaiGar and its support machines. It is the main robot for the show and the most powerful robot among GGG's Brave Robots.

Weapons and Abilities:

Plasma Hold- an electro-magnetic field that restrains an enemy in direct contact with GaoGaiGar. only used twice in the entire series.
Broken Magnum- a typical rocket punch. the right arm rotates rapidly and glows red before being launched.
Protect Shade- GaoGaiGar's defensive barrier. It is generated from the left arm. If an ranged attack is fully resisted it can be reflected back at the assailant.
Hell and Heaven- GaoGaiGar's finisher. By combining the offensive force in the right arm and defensive force in the left arm GaoGaiGar is able to stun his opponent and penetrate the Zonder robot's defensive barrier and safely extract the core.
