Plot Summary
Queen Kogal of Shibuya, Tokyo, Ran Kotobuki and her crew just want to have some (almost) harmless fun around town. However, the town's infested with dirty old men, kogal rivals and tons more other social evils, but with some help from her friends and a streak of bravery from her family's cop-filled bloodline, she takes 'em all on effectively!
