Ganta discovers the Red Man is living here in Deadman Wonderland. Afraid and angry, Ganta chases after him to a hidden place called G Block. There, he finds that things are not as simple as they seem.

Plot Summary

Put in charge of observing Ganta, You gives Ganta a Candy so he can keep on living, unbeknownst that he's putting him in his debt. Later, Ganta encounters the redman, known as the Wretched Egg, who breaks lose from his confinement. Although Ganta tries to attack him with his abilities, the redman escapes and Ganta falls unconscious. After waking up, he learns that the Wretched Egg is kept locked in the G-Block of the prison, so him and Shiro decide to head towards there. Deeming him as dangerous, Makina puts the prison on lockdown and sends a fierce security bot to find and kill Ganta. When they encounter it, Shiro leads Ganta and You into a secret passage to G-Block, however the bot follows them only to be destroyed by an inmate with the same powers as Ganta.
