Origin

Creation

Funnell and its design is created by Redjuice Graphics. In the New York Comic Con, George Wada of Productions I.G. stated that Funnel's design has been influenced by Gundam's Haro and Ghost in the Shell's Tachikoma. Also, the producer stated that Funnell is a male robot. He has no seiyuu.

Story Arcs

Funnell is present when Inori attempts to run away after stealing the Void Genome. He remains by her side in the abandoned factory where Shu discovers her. Funnell attacks Shu until Inori stops her little robot.

At Shu's home, after Inori surprises Shu by opening his door to his house, Inori begins to undress in the room. Once Shu peeks at Inori, Funnell attacks the perverted boy. Funnell stops when Inori explains she uses Funnell to hack into his home.
