Freaky Friday Flip

Named after the novel and movie, Freaky Friday, the Freaky Friday Flip is a concept or trope in fiction where typically two or more characters swap bodies (or minds, depending on how you look at it) with each other. The effect is usually temporary, and ultimately serves to teach characters life lessons by living in someone else's shoes.
