In the distant future humans are governed by a network called the Fractale System. Each person has a chip implanted in them, connecting them to Fractale. Clain is a young boy who is sick of the Fractale System. One day he runs into a strange girl, changing his life forever.
In distant future the world is governed, or ruled by network called Fractale System. The system regulates people's health and such. It also enables people to communicate with each other using holographic avatar name Doppels, which looks more robotic than human beings. Clain Necran, a boy who is sick and tired of Fractale, encounters the daughter of Priestess name Phryne, escaping from her pursuers. Clain helps Phryne hide and lets her stay at his place. The next morning Phryne disappears but she has left a mysterious brooch, when Clain touches it a Doppel shaped like a girl named Nessa appears and from that day, Clain's life has never been the same. Clain embarks on a journey to fidn Phryne and return Nessa to her. Little does Clain know, the Fractale System and Nessa are more than they seem.
