Overview
We have a big wiki editor presence in our community, yet we are people who are behind the scenes. I seen so many projects, monthly or year long, that are posted by wiki editors, and we people have a short attention span. That's why we have FoxxFireArt's spotlight page to reminds us. Yet, there are limitations where only the best can be acknowledged and those who make daily edits over the long run of their free time are not always acknowledged. I know FoxxFireArt is a caring person and knows that we can only pick the best. That's why I created this thread to keep track of every wiki project on Anime Vice (if possible or as close as I can).
However, there are people out there documenting us outside the community. It's time that we record our history. It's not just wiki editors but the whole community, too. Since I'm a just average wiki editor who only cares about the wiki editing portion of our community. I'll try my best to record everything.
- Please see FoxxFireArt's blog, Whiskey Media - Top 10 Wiki Editors to get a glimpse of the big picture.
Why?
I wrote Recognition blogs for teammates and the people who used to contribute. Recognitions are my club's way of giving shout outs or acknowledgments to our people. This is how we remained close together. I was a former historian in my club, and my president was the first one to use it. She brought back a strong club at the end of a year.
Now, I use that concept here on Anime Vice to keep us together despite how busy our real lives outside of Anime Vice. I have to start out a separate Historian forum for the Fall 2010 to Fall 2011 to record all the past projects that were done to show the people that we are working hard.
Before I end this, I will list the people that I seen working hard.
Wiki Editors of 2010 to 2011
This is the solo work. See the team work below. All users are alphabetized.
Legend Key
I'll keep it simple. No letter with the number means the wiki editor does everything in that category. If a wiki editor does something specific, I'll add a letter.
