The moral was plain. Allow no preeminence among your subjects. Let no man live who is wiser, or better, or more famous, or even handsomer than the mass. Cut them all down to a level; all slaves, all ciphers, all nobodies. All equals.

Some people are lucky, are born with natural talents, or strengths. Some people are kind, some people are intelligent, some sociable and some hardworking. Everyone is different, except Taylor.
Taylor is a loser. He is a world-class loser, and that is what makes him so dangerous. He cannot be intimidated, because he's already been through worse than whatever you can throw at him. He cannot lose hope, because he never believed in himself in the first place. He's not afraid of failure, because failure is the norm. He in inhumanly unlucky, to the point where he has never won a single sporting event or passed an educational exam. Taylor tried hard in school, but the common comment on his school reports was 'needs to try harder'.
He socialised, but never made any friends. He was always one to stand up to bullies, and always got beaten up because of it. He would then attack in less direct ways, destroying his targets morally, socially, emotionally and even intellectually, but this usually resulted in his peers distancing themselves even further from him, completely the opposite of what shounen jump told him would happen if he stood up to bullies.
Eventually, he came to a realisation that the elite got everything in life. If you are strong, you can beat those you stand up to. If you have friends, you can succeed in life. If you're good looking and kind, that girl will like you. If you can work hard, you can achieve anything.
And these doctrines sickened Taylor to the stomach, because he wasn't strong like Goku. He had no friends, like Naruto. He wasn't good looking or kind like Junpei, and he wasn't gifted to work hard like Kenichi.
He was a loser, an absolute failure.
But that's fine.
To err is human, right?
And if he's weaker than everyone else, that means he's more human than anyone else, right?
So that's what he'd be.
The most base human.
Sticking up for the weaklings by tearing down the strong.
Taylor exists to tear down the main characters of life.
Taylor's weapon of choice is the screw. He can create an unlimited amount of them of any size, and can change their lengths and width at will. Despite the fact that he is so weak that a child could beat him at arm wrestling, so slow that a cripple can outrun him in a marathon, Taylor is capable of running down a corridor filled with Navy Seals and pin each one to the wall with screws, embedding them through their bodies so forcefully that the metal is embedded two feet through solid concrete behind them and the soldier is raised two metres above the ground.
He is an expert on weakness, and will target weaknesses mercilessly. He claims that he would be incapable of fighting someone without weaknesses, but he is more than capable of creating weaknesses in his targets through psychological warfare.
His most terrifying characteristic, however, is his terrifying tenacity. No matter how many times he is beaten down, he always gets back up. This is largely due because of his history of losing at everything, as defeat now holds no meaning to him, so he can easily shrug off any kind of beating, continuing to fight even after sustaining injuries that would cripple any other human for months or years.
Taylor has the most generic face, a mix between eastern-european and oriental, it is impossible to place his heritage but easy to forget his appearance. Because he erased his own presence (See below), it is impossible to detect him through supernatural means such as magical fields, radar, ki, or other methods of detection. One could even be in the same room as him and not even notice that he was there until he spoke.
Taylor is also a master manipulator, and has a massive network of people under his command through the internet. His followers range from small children to old age pensioners and even government officials and bankers. This network, known as the Boyz, are all people that Taylor has groomed to obey his orders without question, fully believing in his cause without having met each other. With a simple internet connection, with one phone call, Taylor can organise a flashmob on the London Underground to take place an hour from now, while in China. He can have someone captured in Cape Town, an item acquired in St. Petersburg , reallocate funds or even organise a riot in Sicily. Because of the anonymity of his followers, they each perform their tiny role without ever seeing the big machine Taylor has orchestrated. He can also use this to gain information on anything and anyone simply by asking the right questions on the message board.
It has been confirmed that Taylor has at least six supernatural abilities, but it in unclear if they are all aspects of the same ability or combinations of a few or if he is simply that good at lying. Below are confirmed, named abilities in his possession.
ALL FICTION - This ability allows him to deny aspects of reality; often to make anything "nothing". Because of this, he can undo anything that has been damaged, and thus he has no qualms about being destructive. However, he has stated that once he unmakes something with this, he cannot remake it as it has become "fiction". His ability can even reverse his own death as well as the death of others. He admits that he doesn't have full control of his power because, unless he's careful, the entire world would become nothing. The skill originated in the ability to grant fictional qualities to events, objects, concepts, even people, but once realising that stories aren't real, All Fiction became what it is today- an ability to erase.
ALL EQUAL - The ability to turns strengths into weakness, and drag people down to his level. When activated, a silver ring appears on the ground, with two intersecting lines forming an X that marks the centre. The ring can be of any size, but all those inside it are dragged down the level of a normal human- all abilities are gone, all training forgotten, even those with unnatural talent for something are brought down to the level of the general public until the ring is dispelled or they leave the perimeter. Effects of abilities entering this perimeter vanish upon contact with the area above or below the ring.
BOOK MAKER - Taylor summons a screw that stretches to the length of a sword. When he stabs someone with the screw, it reverses that person's abilities and brings that person to Taylor's level: body, spirit, technique, intellect, and talent. In other words, the victim becomes as weak and as much of a failure as Taylor. Despite the fact that the screw needs to pierce the victim to take effect, the damage done to the body is nearly zero. It is theorised that Book Maker is an ability that soils the heart, as it always brings out the weakest, most pathetic qualities of the victim into the light, their physical and emotional strengths turned into nothing. As a side effect, the victim's hair often turns white until the screw is removed, a task impossible for the victim to accomplish alone.
FAILURE - This, while it can't truly be called an ability, as a trait that makes aspects of Taylor's abnormalities fail. This could be manifest in screws vanishing, reversing his irreversible All Fiction, even creating a crab bucket that only removes certain strengths from certain targets. In essence, this trait lets Taylor pick and choose which aspects of his abilities he wants to use and ignore unwanted effects.
HUNDRED GAUNTLETS - An ability that reverses causality. By rejecting that an event ever happened, Taylor can prevent change from occurring. Unlike All Fiction, an ability that makes things become nothing, Hundred Gauntlets reverses the consequences of actions. A perfectly followed recipe for a cake will fail. Efforts to study will result in reading manga. Efforts to keep someone alive will kill them. Efforts to kill them will preserve their life. As such, Hundred Gauntlets is a skill that makes one fail through rejecting reality. This will also automatically reverse the effects of removing or damaging Taylor's abilities or traits, preventing him from moving forward or improving as an individual.
SCREW LOOSE - Taylor has the ability to create screws of any size at will. These can appear anywhere and at any time. He can also manipulate screws and bolts in the area around him, and wield them with incredible speed, strength and dexterity, regardless of size. This practice originated, however, with his ability to slowly loosen the bonds of rationality within someone's mind, making it easier for him to get under their skin and make them lash out, behave irrationally, or push them slowly and slowly towards the brink of insanity. Using this method, Taylor often manipulates people on a one-to-one basis, tearing them down without them realising while earning their trust. As the process continues, this trust turns into devotion, even adoration, until his victims become like wives of an abusive husband- loving the source of their pain because they believe that he loves them and does everything he does for their sakes.
SUBTEXT - Taylor has an unnatural speech pattern. While he can imitate a number of accents and voice patterns whilst undercover or hiding his identity, Taylor radiates an aura of distrust when he speaks whether lying or speaking the truth. At its most extreme, Taylor can say that the sky is blue and people will refuse to believe him. When talking normally, no sound comes from his mouth. Those in audible range hear static, their vision shakes and subtitles appear at the bottom of their vision [ IN SQUARE BRACKETS AND ALL CAPS LIKE THIS ], translated into their language. When shouting, these subtitles can block out all vision from those within earshot. He can even communicate through these subtitles without opening his mouth. For the blind, this manifests as braille passing under their fingers, or similar equivalent. Taylor can also use this as a method of one-to-one subliminal communication, often to psychologically attack someone while under a false identity. e aren't sure what happens when he speaks to the illiterate, but they get the message somehow.
However, it is uncertain how accurate this bio is, as the information may portray a false representation of the individual involved, or could even be a fabrication of the Boyz. If they even exist. If Taylor even exists. We honestly don't know.
