It's the middle of the year , and current Virtus Island is opening it's door to outsider. The four school is now opening their transfer Program
1. Plato Academy, School fee would be depending on your "ability", most of the people who possess more than natural ability is granted a scholarship
2. Rozen Lady Training Ground : Girls only school , rather high school fee, nobility required to actually enter
3.Gespent Educational Institution: For those with "special needs" and the need to hide their identity
4.HINOKami School : All Boy school famous, for rather strange way of dealing with the society, has the nickname of the "Bara Ground of Virtus"
 
So there you go, You can transfer in to Virtus Island now, think of Academy City when you think of the atmosphere, as long as you can fulfill the requirement of entering the school, you can gain entrance to the school , of course you can apply a position for a staff as well

well at the very least it is at least publically known that half of the student in Plato is not normal, neither the entirety of gespent

@Validimus: Virtus is closer to " School/education/Sanctuary island for Superpowered/Celebrity/Famous people" , It's technology doesn't get that much gap with the entire world , it's probably only 2-3 year forward instead of the 10 year of academy city

@Validimus: Virtus on the other hand cover this by delving heavily on magitech, think about it, a whole eco system that can MOVE? and function without any outside dependence? and somehow houses Superpowered kids?
