In a first state, the only visible change in the Count's body are his eyes, that turn brigth red. When the power of Gankutsuou takes more of The Count's body, a series of purple marks appear on the man's forehead. These marks are very similar to eyes. But the more frigthening feats The Count gain is "Le Regard" (The look). This ability gaves The Count skills of a telepath. That means that he's able to read the sorrounding people's mind and play tricks to it. Also, if the mind is weak enough, The Count can change memories or melt the mind as if it was a candle.
This stage can also be divided in three :
At first, when this power is unleashed, the marks appear and only give The Count a increase in his "Le Regard" that enable him to create stronger and deepest illusions.
In a more advanced stage, when two of the purple eyes open and shine in white like a perl, The Count speed and agility increases to a reaction speed of 0.3 (0.6 seconds less than the human peak) and gives him another skill "Le Puissance" (The Power).
"Le Puissance" is the ability to use strength trough your mind, in other words, telekinesis. This skill give The Count of Monte Cristo enough strength to lift up to 25000 kilos (or 25 tons). The Count can use "Le Puissance" to lift, pull, push, grab and that kind of exercises.
The final state is actiivated when the remaining purple eyes open. As the first stage, this stage of Les Yeux du Souverian increase the power of "Le Regard" and enable him to
Another increase he gains is a phisical enchance. The Count's get more fast, agile, strong and tough and he can reach a reaction speed of 0.1 seconds (0.9 seconds less than the human peak). He's "Le Puissance" also increase. When this stage is reached, the 25000 kilos (25 tons) strength is increased to 50000 kilos (50 tons).
The most remarkable aspect of the final state is that, reached that point, The Count can't be stopped. He can't stop the power of Gankutsuou that is taking over his body and he wont stop until his opponent is dead.
In this state, The Count lose all sanity trail. He becames a horryfing beast that's only guided by the desire of revenge and vague orders that The Count can transimit to Gankutsuou's mind.
As with "Les Yeux de la Grotte" and "Les Yeux du Souverain", The Count's abilities are increased incredibly. "Le Regard" get enough powerful to invade the most protected mind and play the most horrible and disturbing tricks to it. "Le Puissance" limit is broken once more and it's increased dramatically ten times, giving Gankutsuou to have a 500000 kilos (500 tons) strength at his command.
In addition, there is another skill avaiable in The Count's arsenal. "La Réalité". This power, using the feats of the other stages, enable Gankutsuou to have control over the reality.
