Short Bio  
Acer was born to one of the worlds largest and most dangerous pirate families, he was raised like a true salvage of the seas being raised on the sea's itself as apart of his fathers pirate crew known as the Merucry Rising crew. They were regarded as a crew known to have plundered more towns and cities, and caused more deaths than any other crew. As Acer got older so did his blood thirst, his ambition and his power. His fathers crew was strong but they were not without their defeats, and Acer knew the crew could become so much more. It was then that Acer gathered other young members of the crew and others from around the world and started  a rebellion against his father. Using a combination of suprise tactics, team work and incredible power Acer and his group killed his father and the original crew members. It was from that point Acer changed the crews name and seized multiple islands in his name becoming more infamous than his father ever dreamed.   
Personality  
Acer is a true pirate, loud brash and without regard for other peoples lives or homes. He believes only the strong are allowed to survive in this world and blames the misfortunes he brings on others as being their own fault for being too weak to do anything about it. Though dark and incredibly vicious Acer still has a sense of humour though it is a dark form which more often aims to insult others around him. One of Acer's greatest assets is his fearless personality, he is not afraid of anything which can be both a gift and curse as he will never back down from a challenge. He has literally rode  into the eye of a storm fighting an armada of ships just to prove his strength. Though seemingly only caring for himself, Acer his incredibly loyal to his crew as they each share his dreams and own twisted look upon the world. 
Powers & Abilities  
Acer's main power is the ability to manipulate electromagnetic energy  on a limitless scale. Using his power he is able to control metal on a vast scale, using it to form powerful constructs and even working machines and robots. His powers also allow him to manipulate electrical energy, create magnetic shock waves and create powerful shields to protect himself.  His powers have allowed him to defeat entire armies and helped him capture multiple island territories in his name. On top of his powers, Acer is also a gifted tactician and a decent hand 2 hand fighter due to the many battles he's been in and the harsh training he had growing up. 

As the geek saying says " Everything is better with Pirates" you could have a battle with the Guyver new character

I agree, not to mention his powers would be alot harder to incorporate into rpg's than most powers.
