Actually I think the last quest (SOS Brigade Member) is still bugged because it's missing one more thing. But here's the real problem; the whole quest and that part of the set might be reset if a Mod/Staffer adds said thing to the quest and that's a problem to whomever completed the set already.

@Bigheart711: The quest is crazy easy though.  If you watch the first episode of the show (you can for free on CR) or spend 30 seconds reading the article for the series/franchise you can figure out everything.  Also, I don't think it would undo the points people already earned for doing it.

@Nerxual_Oh: You're doing it wrong.  This is one of the easiest quests on the page.  There are only like 7 total items.
