New Quest Set: "Gotta Quest 'Em All"

Hey Duders - 
 
We just launched a new quest set on the site called, "Gotta Quest 'Em All" -- check it out and see how quickly you can complete it!

I only have two left but I can't for the life of me get them. I have one left for Ye be Judged ( I'm pretty sure that I've checked everyone that's even so much as touched a pokedex ) and one for Monster Mash.

Even though all the characters in Ye Be Judged are said to have been given pokedex's, not all of them are associated with that item in AV. If you've gotten that far into the Ye Be Judged, you should see the pattern to look for in who's left. (Assuming you got stuck on similar ones that I did).

@Whiskeyjack:  I made it that way, i didn't even check if those where linked to the Pokédex page, This way its still easy but not to easy. XD

What's up the second answer in Monster Mash? I've thought up of several titles with similar concepts that were on around the same time as Pokemon yet I'm not getting the answer.
