New Quest: Piece of the Pie

Hurray for quests! Hurray for Anime Vice! Hurray for You!...if you finish this quest, that is. We've launched a new quest called Piece of the Pie and we think we may have you stumped! Prove us wrong and you'll win our never ending praise, and some XP points, to boot!  
 
New to Anime Vice or our Quest system? Fear not! It's all quite simple. Go to our sign up page and fill out the brief form. Then in your profile hit the Quest tab to begin questing! Just follow the clues and go to the page you think is the answer (using our search bar at the top of every page). If you're absolutely stumped, go here to ask for help from the Anime Vice community. Now, why are you still on this page? Don't you have some Quests to complete? I MUST AWAY!

Shucks, only 4th. Then again, I've never watched an episode of the series.

XD I'll have it finished if I could ever figure out the 2nd clue of the Scurvy set. :| I've never watched the show either.

I got 16 and I'm only at around episode 70 of the anime.

It's a fun quest. Not the hardest one I've ever had to deal with, but I know this series pretty well.
 
@danielm: 
You know, there is actually something missing from the One Piece Beginners Guide. It's the TV Feudal Era Side Stories. They were special series made of an alternate sort of One Piece world that takes place in an era similar to the Feudal Era of Japan.
 
I was thinking about writing as addendum to that guide explaining these series of special episodes.

Can someone give me a hint for the 'doctor' superscribing the 'fruit' of Avoid the Scurvy. I have everything else but that.
