Alright, I've got Moe Lover. As always, the numbers are what they are for me. As a blanket hint, all these series are in the 2009 SaiMoe. Just in case you find my hints too spoilerriffic, I've spoiler guarded them for your protection. And for freshness.

It's about Mahjong. Additionally this series (along with #1 on my list, for those still stuck on that one) made it to the Semi-Finals of SaiMoe 2009.

Lol never seen the third one for moe, maybe that's why I didn't know :P
 
Still can't figure out the 2nd one for romance. I'm probably going to be pissed at myself when I eventually figure it out.

Finally got it, though it was still pretty vague - I had to go to Anime News Network and do a search for every romance anime that was put out between 1994 & 1995, and then randomly pick stuff that was on the list. Still, your hint for #1 was good. My hints for my #2 and #3 are as follows.

1. There from a classic play  
2.It s a manga from tokyopop and its starts with a M
3.Two girls come a cross a strange book
