Your favorite hot sauce?

& this is seriously off every topic! =-D
 
but...but...in addition to anime & manga <3....i am totally obsessed with hot sauce. i often stop by a hot sauce shop to try & buy new sauces!!
 
right now my favorites are:
 
Susie's Hot Sauce...this is an Island Sauce...my top pick!! Very very hot. The mustard makes this awesomes!!!!


 

Iguana Mean Green Jalapeno Pepper Sauce. Best Jalapeno sauce i have had!! Very super awesomes damn good on chicken!!! 
 

 
Melinda's Scotch Bonnet. Same style as Susie's. Super good sauce!! Wonderful taste and very very hot. But, not as good or hot as Susie's (above).
 


Please....let me know any awesomes hot sauces!!

@itchymaths: Ya it is good, I really enjoy hot sauce, I put it on everything.

@itchymaths: What pepper is susie's based off that it is hotter than the scotch bonnet based Melinda's?

ass kickin roasted garlic is my all time favorite. i haven't had it in a few years tho.

@hitsusatsu11:  i think they use either habanero or scotch bonnet. not sure because the ingredients lists "peppers." hah!! when i go to her website it refers on the "about" page to her sauces in general as "red habanero" sauces....so habanero is a good bet, i think. red habaneros are pretty common around the Caribbean.

anybody have a favorite louisiana sauce. Tabasco is still pretty awesomes....tried it again recently. 
 
also...i tried Tabasco's habanero & jalapeno sauces. the jalapeno sauce is pretty darn good. not as good as Iguana Mean Green, but good. but....and this is sad, Tabasco's habanero sauce is just not very good. ugh....had to throw away a whole bottle. =-(

@itchymaths: yeah. it has just the right amount of heat for me and the flavor is great. i am sorta a hot sauce junkie myself.
