Cease to Exist > Hell > Heaven/Paradise/What have you. In that rough order. Unless you're particularly masochistic, not sure why you'd choose eternal torture. You wouldn't care once you cease to exist.

@fire_star: If one were to assume both exist, I'd rather go to hell then spend an eternity with any being cruel enough to torture someone for eternity. It'd be worse than torture.
