It depends on what kind of sushi, and the quality. Some sushi desperately needs a little bit of wasabi and a thin blanket of ginger. Sometimes the sushi I order may alreaady have its own sauce on it. Sometimes when I order unagi, it already has a paste on it. Or if it's something like sea urchin, then I usually eat it straight up. Usually I need to enhance the flavor of sushi when I eat crappy and/or generic sushi that you'd get from any old Tennessee buffet that only stays in business because everyone goes there after church.
Oh, and I eat with wooden chopsticks. Or whenever available.
