I'm curious. Are there any other anime out there other than Heaven's Lost Property that actually has a definite number or statement on how fast a character is? Normally, everything runs on assumptions. "Oh, Goku is this fast because so and so" when it's never stated how fast he is in numbers. We assume how fast he is, looking at the manga and anime, and start making calculations to try and answer our assumption. Even with the calculation, it's still an assumption. The mangaka hasn't given us definitive numbers or evidence to solidify just how fast the character is. I'm wondering if there are any other definitive numbers we can work with. Episode 3 of Heaven's Lost Property, Ikaros states she can fly at Mach 24. It's a definitive number that we can use in battles. Do other anime have this, or are the rest assumptions?
