Basically, anything that has to do with the discussion of non-anime music goes here. My personal favorite musician of all time: Idina Menzel--fantastic broadway actress and pop artist. One of my favorite songs is "I Stand" from her most recent album with the same title: I Stand. I've seen her live three times, once in Wicked, and twice on her I Stand tour. She is even more fantastic live!

I can't stand rap or pop, rap has no point, and is naristic, i also see know real point in pop. Personaly i like rock, especally the music of Bad Religion , their music always has strong messages to them along with the great sound of a skilled band, here are three of their songs

@ThePsychoGamer: Pop is simply a style/genre of music, and like any other type of music it can be good or bad. It can carry strong messages that inspire people and make them happy. There are pop songs with great melodies and lyrics, and others with really annoying tunes and shallow or silly lyrics. I think most modern pop music isn't that great, but there are exceptions. So don't go knockin' too hard on pop music. Just because someone's a pop artist doesn't mean they have no musical skill.

@Lan: but yo said discuss your preferences i just gave my reasons of why i don't like them true some pop songs may have actual messages aside from sex, but house few mainly sing about what they want, not ways to get there, again these are just my opinions
