How many Backgrounds do you keep?

I wanted to know out of curiousity how many backgrounds people store on their computer, I have around 190 backgrounds, and was curious as to how many others had.

Last time i checked 320+ but i need to delete most of them anyways ^^

Funny thing is i promised to post some cute desktop pics in the Hot Asian Chick Thread guess i`ll do it next weekend :)

wow, you guys are wayyyy behind i got at least 2000 probily more on bolth of my computers and all 4 of my 8gig thumb drives, it a hobby of mine, most of them are scifi though, i counted only 553+ anime, and 13+ hentai, 41+ concept art, the rest is all scifi, like starships, monsters, guns, characters, o wait, got some new CGI desktop pics, but only found 9 i liked! thats my colection!!!!!!!!!

I rarely change my background. If I feel like it, I'll just go with whatever I can find online

Based on my old desktop... I probably have 500 to a thousand. For my new one, I have yet to find cool anime-related backgrounds for an uber big widescreen monitor (1920 by 1080 pixels).

I'll usually change it once every few months (3+). If it is a really pretty/awesome/OMG=esque bg, I'll keep it for half a year or so.

I have a theme for my backgrounds and it's my "Wallpaper of the Month" usually. I have probably close to 800 or so on my laptop and 300 on my external hard drive but yeah I just started trying this out and currently I'm going with a "Fate/Stay Night" theme because of the upcoming release of "Fate/Unlimited Codes" for the PSP.

Just the one I'm using. I don't change them very often. I find the change in appearance, especially different colours, to be distracting.
