Hi. I allready knew about this series for 8 years or so but never cared. But as i had nothing to do in last time i decided to give it a try. I picked Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
and man it is awsome. Now i want to complete the whole series. And the problem is to get all of them, so any hardcore fans can tell me what i am missing and if there is an canon chronological order.  So far i have :
-Castlevania (NES)
-Castlevania 2: Simon's Quest (NES)
-Castlevania 3: Dracula's Curse (NES)
-Castlevania 2: Belmont's Revenge (GB)
-Castlevania: Legends (GB)
-Castlevania: Adventures (GB)
-Kid Dracula (GB)
-Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (GBA)
-Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance (GBA)
-Castlevania: Circel of the Moon (GBA)
-Castlevania: Legacy of Darkness (N64)
-Castlevania: Chronicles (PSX)
-Castlevania: Symphony of the Night (PSX)
-Castlevania: Nocturne in the Moonlight (Sega Saturn) (Isn't this just an other version of SOTN?)
-Castlevania: Bloodlines (SMD)
-Castlevania: Dracula X (SNES)
-Castlevania: Dracula X Rondo of Blood (TurboGrafX-16)

So what am i missing?

Symphony of the Night was one of my all-time favorite games period. I never put some much time into a game my life. Any way you are missing the DS games Order of Ecclesia is awesome too.

There are a few on the PS2 as well, Lament of Innocence and Curse of Darkness, that I know of. Innocence is about how the Vampire Killer came to be, not sure about the other.

I highly recommend the DS games, particularly Dawn of Sorrow and Order of Ecclesia.

I've been playing Portrait of Ruin, it's a lot of fun, you play as 2 characters simultaneously and that's the main mechanic, the story is supposed to tie in with Stoker's book somehow is what I've heard but meh. I'm more about killing things and having fun with these metroidvania style games.

Lament is the first one, sorrow series is the LAST, besides that, there is never any chronological order
