Kakashi Hatake

Ok, the fourth Hokage was a student of Jiraiya (A toad Sage) and because he was able to ride on Gamabunta we can safely assume he was a toad sage himself. (In fact is obvious) But what about his students? Rin was a healer ninja, Obito was an Uchiha but what about Kakashi?
 
 Wasn't Kakashi the one in the list to fallow the sage legacy? 
 
If alive
 
 Rin probably would of end up been a medical nin
 
 Obito would of end up tearing dimensional holes with his Sharingan.
 
 And Kakashi wouldn't have any special ability at all. (Without the Sharingan Kakashi can't use Chidori) 
 
So he is suppose to be the one able to use Toad Sage abilities, what happen?  
 

@Morita_Shunsuke: Kakashi has his own legacy, e.g his Dad , who we heard is this super ninja
 
so saying that Kakashi should be a sage is rather......

I think the reason he is not a sage is because Minato died and couldn't pass the knowledge.

I don't think riding Gamabunta makes one a Sage.  Naruto did it when he fought Gaara and that was like 4 years before he even started Sage training.  The only thing that's for sure about confirmed Toad sages in the anime/manga is that they all train with frogs and they all carry big ass scrolls on their back at some point in time, neither of which Kakashi has done.
 
Kakashi was never a student of Jiraiya so the opportunity for him to really get introduced to the toads and sage training probably never popped up.

and supposedly sage mode,seeing as both jiraiya and naruto achieved that

Huh? People actually still talk about Naruto? Really?
