A new manga anthology called Young Ace, from Kadokawa, is launching in July, and I am buying it. I might buy multiple copies, even. Because this is awesome. Check out the thoroughly incomplete list of manga it'll have:
- Sadamoto's Neon Genesis Evangelion manga returns!
- MPD Psycho
is beyond awesome. I need to catch up on it, too...
- The manga adaptation of the upcoming Summer Wars anime film!
- Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu, aka The Disappearance of Yuki Nagato.
That last one is sort of the insta-seller for me, since I love Yuki to death. The source image claims that it's a spinoff of the Haruhi-chan manga, and it's even by Haruhi-chan artist Puyo, but the style looks a little different, so I'm not sure if it'll be a 4koma strip or something different. I guess we'll find out when the first issue comes out!
