Favourite art goes to Kentaro Miura's Berserk and Takehiko Inoue's Vagabond.

I love the art that CLAMP (Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, CardCaptors, est),  Hiromu Arakawa (Full Metal Alchemist), and Yukiru Sugisaki (DN Angel) do. Amazing! All three!

Angel Sanctuary.  Yes, reviving thread from the dead but this forum doesn't get enough love anyway. 
 
Wasn't huge on the plot, but I really liked the pretty pictures ^^.
