I need suggestions for a political thriller manga similar to Bloody Monday. Preferably with as little titillating fan service as possible.

@jointron33: Have you tried Code Geass?

EDIT: Crap I just noticed this was in the manga forums. Code Geass does have a manga, but I like the anime better since the manga was an adaptation of the anime and not vice versa.
