Is Crona an City Buster?

I just catch up with Soul Eater, and at the end of chapter 84 this happen

@Destinyheroknight: Apparently, less than a day since "her" attack on that Russian Deathscythe.
Crona was pretty damn fast for getting to Ukraine in such a short time.
Anyways, we haven't seen the effects of that bubble. I have a feeling "she" just generated a city-scale playground of madness where everything moves according to Crona's wishes.
Kind of like the Brew arc turned up to eleven.:p

I don't think there was any mention of this in those 50 eps I watched. Must be manga-only...

it's more of a fan thing , the gender of Crona is never told , she uses "boku" which is rather boyish but still gender neutral

Black Blood dissolved the city, with a freaking tsunami of black blood.
