Handley “Obscene Manga” Case Postponed

For those of you keeping tabs on the child pornography case of Christopher Handley, who-- among other items –is charged with possessing “obscene manga” (including, reportedly, some yaoi titles), has had his trial postponed from today to an unspecified later date, possibly later in March. The reason cited was for “the convenience of counsel,” whatever the heck that means.


But since it's now February, this is a good time to remind you that those who donate over $25 to the CBLDF (the Comic Book Legal Defense Fund, who are providing Handley's defense and are also generally really a phenomenal organization) by February 8 will get that exclusive print signed by illustrator Peter Kuper.
