Captain Harlock.  If Lupin III is the anime equivalent to Indiana Jones and James Bond, Harlock is anime's Jean Picard crossed with Rambo and Chuck Norris.

Oh, is that right? Then why would Travis be on this list, I wonder? That sure is ever so peculiar. Are you sure there isn't a No More Heroes Anime? Because if he's on the list, then there must be.
