I hope the dub for Blue Exorcist sounds good. (unless I'm wrong about the dvd's language)

Fade to Black on Blu-ray has me super excited. That's my favorite bit of Bleach content.

Looks like RightStuf pulled another license rescue off. Nadesico was licensed by ADV before RightStuf snagged it.

@Dream: Thanks for the heads up.

Funi announced a lot of stuff. B Gata and Asobi ni were fun shows so I'll be grabbing those. "Cat Planet Cuties" will never sit well with me though. Steins;Gate should be nice. Not sure when it's coming out though. The Japanese release will probably be coming out up until December or so and I figure they'll probably wait at least 9 months (really I think more like a year) until they bring it out here.

Added information about Naruto, Katanagatari vol 2 and Haruhi. 9/20 will be an awesome day.

Anyone who likes old anime should check out Dirty Pair. It's one of the best girls with gun anime you will ever see.

Hmmm, how much would you rate it in opinion? I just finished Trigun, which was very enjoyable and would definitely watch DP if it's as good or better.

I reaaaaally tried to like it, but for some reason I just found it boring. Even with the batshit insane art style.

Excited for Kimi ni Todoke and Blue Exorcist though, and I've been meaning to watch Asobi ni Ikuyo, this gives me a good reason to.

@wayintothe7thart: I was never big into comics but I used to read Wizard magazine back in the early 90s (I had a $20 allowance every two weeks stuff like this and kung-fu mags) and they always used to have Dirty Pair manga or anime in the review or upcoming releases section. I always thought it was porn or something because of the outfits.

@matti00: You should check out Asobi ni. It's got your standard harem tropes but there's a lot of sci-fi homaging and genuine love going on that makes it stand out from the pack. And it's funny and surprisingly has a decent amount of action in it.

@sickVisionz: Definitely sounds like my kind of thing. Being a Tenchi Muyo fan from way back I'm a sucker for sci-fi harems. Glad to hear it's legitimately funny too

I can't believe Viz can do Blu-ray. Must be a new thing. I also don't like the Asobi ni Ikuyo rename. Sounds childish and creepy. Some good announcements but I haven't seen any of these series but 1.

@MohsinMan99: Dirty Pair is a good Sci-Fi comedy. It doesn't get as serious as Trigun, it just there for laughs.

@sickVisionz: Oh no, there's Cowboy Bebop level of nude in Dirty Pair.

Wow, that is a really unrepresentative picture for Madoka Magica :D
