All I have is this picture I came across today, and I'm not even sure it's an anime or not, but if it is, I'd really like to watch it, so if you can, help would be appreciated! ^^ ♥

Oh, I guess we should actually explain something about the show... and that the art is, in fact, fan art. As far as I know, she never triumphantly marries the meeker Mio or anything...
Its a high school rock show. Comedy focused, it centers around a group of girls who found a club based around playing rock music.
 
Its pretty popular, and so are the insinuations about the characters, but just don't go expecting any anthy/utena style undertone romances.
