@UsachanMaN: Wow, that is really fitting! I kind of want to rewatch Clannad now...

For my own favorite AMV, there was this one that managed to send chills down my spine! It uses Peter Gabriel's "Signal to Noise" over edited footage from Jin-Roh. Some comments noted how the AMV is even better than the anime itself:
