Does power level determine how much you can destroy in a single blast?
Potentially yes. But the levels arent prcisely linear. Human lvl 5, start of series Goku lvl 10 (only twice as high but strong enough to lift small cars with one arm), Master Roshi lvl (fluctuates between 120 - 180, but is strong enough to destroy moons while his level only ranges between 24 - 36x higher than a human's), first appearance Vegeta 18000 (strong enough to blow a planet apart), Base Frieza 530000 (strong enough to override a saiyan elite's attack and simultaneously destroy a planet with a finger blast. Cell unknown level (presumably a star system destroyer), Broy 1400000000 (eradicated a galaxy), Base GT Goku unknown level (strong enough to shatter a dimension and summon universal power) the levels are consistent in that the higher it is the stronger, but inconsistent with the difference in level and the difference in actual power.
So you are saying that it scales (in the sense that higher is always a greater bang) but it does not scale directly (as in 10x power does not mean 10x the explosion)?
