Venus de Milo is a classic ancient Greek sculpture that was created some time near 100 BC. As you probably already know, the arms of this statue were somehow lost; and unlike Piccolo, she can’t grow them back. Well, 2109 years later and Japanese fans from 2channel have come together to finish the sculpture, using their high school level Photoshop skills.
This is perhaps the greatest undertaking of our modern day culture. It is our job as artists to help finish what our ancestors started; even if that means we take a statue about the Greek goddess of love and transform her into a Gundam, then so be it.
