Sanji is at a disadvantage, his world has way less ingredients than Komatsu's world and Komatsu is a few years older meaning he has a bit more experience, but I agree with Haofan, if they had a similar upbringing, whether it be One Piece's or Toriko's world, they would be on par with one another.
