@SMXLR8: It's a hard question to answer. My personal favorite atm is Re-l Mayer but only her physical appearance. Her personality is not that great though.

EDIT: LOL, I didn't saw it was favorite animal, I was thinking favorite anime character... Favorite animal would be probably Mao, but technically he is human so my next choice is Pantherlily.

@SMXLR8: Fine..I choose...Blair from Soul Eater..technically she's a cat...I'm not a huge fan of animals in anime, though I guess my second pick would be Gamabunta.

Chopper from One Piece probably. If he doesn't count then probably Terry from Toriko. Zebra's Horse is pretty beast as well.

Depends on what you consider acceptable. If you're just meaning "animalistic" Then Grimmjow from Bleach, but if you mean purely animal then i'd have to go with Akamaru from naruto. That dog is badass.
