What's your favourite broken Character?

Some Shonen have a character that's broken, is much more powerful than the protagonist, but he stays mostly in the background and only shows his real power sometimes..... 
So who is your favourite? 
 
My personal choice is Seijuro Hiko from Rurouni Kenshin

can you explain broken a little more? because most Shonen characters have some kind of flaw. anyway From What i've gathered of your description my favirote flawed character would be kyoya hibari from hitman reborn

Is the kind of Character that generally is a Teacher for the protagonist and his powers are absurdily over the top.... 
Jack Rakan from Negima is a good example, or Dracule Mihawk of One Piece in his first appereance

While all of the masters at Ryouzanpaku are broken to a degree, Hayato Furinji, aka "The Elder" aka "The Invincible Superman" aka "The Man Who Has No Enemies" takes the cake.

What don't you get? They want to talk about who is your favorite character in a show that is easily the most powerful character in the series. Someone who could swoop in and kill everyone with a blink of an eye but doesn't for what ever reason.
