I've been trying to remember this anime for a while. It's about some guy who has this black armor (modern times) and he uses a double ended sword. He has this attack where he makes a shadowy bird in the ground. In the very first episode at the very beginning, he's fighting someone in the city. I'm not sure if it's the same show, but there's an episode where there's a news reporter and they find these creatures coming out water. Everything's flooded. I think it was in a subway station. Some guy also takes a girl hostage. Any ideas?
