Including DB, DBZ, DBGT, and Dragon Ball Online. Characters can repeat if in different saga/mini saga, for example: SS4 Goku > Golden Oozaru Baby Vegeta > Super Saiyan 3 Goku.
I'm curious. Especially as to how some characters appear to be overpowered when they fight at such a high level only as Super Saiyans, or not even transformed. I would think SS3 would beat any SS. I guess "transformations aren't everything" as Elder Kai said. So who is stronger than who? Your top 100.

@shenlong: Honestly I think I speak for quite a few people when I say that I couldn't care less about most of the characters after the top 10. And including their forms as separate characters is retarded, sorry but how different was ssj Goku to ascended Goku? It just seems like a silly thread. Make it top 10 and you might actually get proper responses.
IMO, Vegeta is the best character.
Don't care after the top 100? Wow, that's saying a lot: SS4 Gogeta > SS4 Goku > SS4 Vegeta > Omega Shenron > 6 Star Omega Shenron > Syn > Eis 2nd Form > Eis First Form > Nouva 2nd Form > Nouva 1st Form
Dude even if you only care about latter GT, since we are including it, or even later DBZ, there is so much to consider and so many characters. I just now only listed 10. And it might be wrong. And SS4 Gogeta might not be stronger than Goku was when he beat Shenron. Fanboy as much as you want, if you only want to consider the manin characters, SS Trunks is doubtfully in the top 30.
