She also turned another diclonius into a quadruple amputee right? but her powers only works on a certain perimeter

A tough Guy would be Dio, a vampire with time stopping capabilities and martial arts skills. He also made this popular i guess

PAIN from naruto, hes the strongest anime character that i no of! he destroyed the leaf village in one blow with his rinningan, he also killed kakashi with just a nail from a wooden bord laying on the ground, he has cool powers like "force powers, star wars stiyle" he can push or pull the enemy, he can use every jutsu in the naruto world and hes considered KAGE-LEVEL in power and strangth!!!! (beat that everyone!)
