I've been trying for days to find this show I used to watch as a kid. I remember the show had villains that used huge domes which had this kind a fog that turned people into evil slaves, or something along the lines. I remember I also remember the villains used this kind of chairs to ride around. I also remember that the captain of the good guys used a vehicle that was basically a huge unicycle with a big gun on the top.
I know it's not much to go on but thanks anyways.

I believe it was cartoon because I remember it had a very similar theme as the Bionic Six where you a a team of good guys against a team of bad guys.
