I've watched lots of clips from Japanese television, and I hear the same sorts of sound effects all the time. Specifically, during shows that show clips to a studio audience, there will be some words that pop up on the screen accompanied by some relevant sound. You know what I mean?
Also, there are anime-like sound effects that they play synched to the action in the video. Like, somebody hits something, and they play a punching sound, or somebody notices something and they play a "surprise" sound.
Anyway, if you guys understand what I'm talking about, do you know of any place online where I could download a bunch of these sounds? I could use them in some of the video projects I have planned. I can just try to find some videos with the sounds I want and record them, but that will be a pain. I'll have to wait until the sound plays while there's nothing else going on.
So, any ideas?
