If Goku became a herald of Galactus

If Goku were to go to the Marvel universe and become a herald of Galactus and learn how to use cosmic power, how far would he go in the Marvel Universe tier wise?

Who would be the strongest character he could defeat?

Probably not as high as the Surfer but up there I guess

@MarioRedfield: wasn't Surfer a regular guy before he received cosmic power, you would think that if someone like Goku received it and trained with it he would be above him, but I suppose Surfer has had a lot more experience

Galactus apparently, fro what I've heard from other readers gave a higher amount of cosmic power to Norin that he ever has done, and never gave anyone else more. Or it was he already gave a big amount to one Herald and because he turned he didn't give anyone else any more.

I'm digging that out of a memory that is old. So a bit of research and you could find out.

So he wouldn't get a lot, not more than Norin.

That'd be awesome.

He'd be up there with the strongest of Herald's, and honestly Goku could take most of the low/mid-tier Heralds now.

to the point he could fight even Franklin Richards at full power. it would depend on the writer.
